This Privacy Policy explains how Seattle Services LLC, doing business as Deadline Hawk (“Deadline Hawk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information.

Information we collect

When you create an account, Deadline Hawk stores your email address and authentication records. When you use the service, it stores the workspaces, deadline names, dates, times, notes, reminder settings, completion status, and snooze status you enter. If you voluntarily enable text reminders, it also stores your mobile number and a record of your consent.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, display your deadlines, schedule the reminders you request, deliver email or text reminders, prevent duplicate sends, record whether delivery succeeded or failed, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Text-message privacy

Mobile information, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, is used only to provide the Deadline Hawk text reminders you request. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it only as needed to operate the service, deliver messages, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

You can disable text reminders in the dashboard or reply STOP to stop future texts. Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages depends on the deadlines and reminder schedules you create.

Service providers

Deadline Hawk uses service providers including Cloudflare for site and Worker infrastructure, Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio for text delivery. These providers process limited information for those purposes.

Security and retention

Account information is protected with access controls designed to separate one workspace from another. We keep information while your account or applicable records are active and as reasonably needed for security, delivery history, legal obligations, and dispute prevention.

Your choices

You can stop future reminders by completing or snoozing a deadline, disable SMS in the dashboard, or sign out. Contact hello@deadlinehawk.com for privacy questions or an account-data request.
