SMS consent
Public documentation of how users provide voluntary consent for Deadline Hawk deadline-reminder text messages.
For users and carrier review
Deadline Hawk is a deadline-reminder service operated by Seattle Services LLC under the Deadline Hawk trade name. It sends non-promotional reminders only to registered users who enter their own mobile number and explicitly enable SMS.

Signed-in dashboard preview
This non-interactive preview reproduces the SMS settings shown inside the authenticated Deadline Hawk dashboard. The checkbox is unchecked by default. This page does not collect a telephone number or enroll anyone in SMS.
Opt-in steps
SMS is optional. A user can create an account, use Deadline Hawk, and receive email reminders without providing a mobile number or agreeing to text messages.
Messages identify Deadline Hawk and remind the user about deadlines and reminder schedules the user created. Messages are informational and non-promotional. Deadline Hawk does not use purchased contact lists or enroll users through a third party.
Message frequency varies according to the deadlines and reminder schedules created by the user. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for assistance, or disable SMS reminders in the dashboard.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
