These Terms govern your use of Deadline Hawk, a service operated by Seattle Services LLC under the Deadline Hawk trade name (“Deadline Hawk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Private-preview service

Deadline Hawk is an early-stage reminder tool. You are responsible for entering accurate deadlines, maintaining current contact information, and independently confirming obligations that could cause financial, legal, health, safety, or regulatory consequences.

No guaranteed delivery

Internet, email, mobile-carrier, third-party provider, device, and configuration problems can delay or prevent a reminder. Deadline Hawk is a convenience and is not a substitute for an official calendar, professional advice, or your own records. Do not use it for emergencies.

Email and SMS reminders

When you enable a reminder channel, you ask Deadline Hawk to send messages according to the deadlines and schedules you create. SMS messages are informational deadline reminders, not marketing messages. Message frequency varies according to your deadlines and reminder schedules. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or disable SMS in the dashboard. Reply HELP for help or contact hello@deadlinehawk.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and SMS consent and opt-in process.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another user’s information, or use it to send unlawful or unwanted messages. You must have authority to provide any contact information entered into the service.

Features, preview access, and these terms may change as the service develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
